Returns policy

While we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. As such we’re happy to offer you 7 days to make up your mind. If you decide something isn’t for you, simply return it to us in the same condition in which it was received, and we’ll refund the cost of the piece. Regrettably however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item(s) you wish to return were shipped via freight, your refund will not include the amount of the initial delivery charge. There will be no charge for restocking fee, but we’d ask you to ship directly the goods to us and the refund will be processed as soon as the samples are received back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and refund eligibility. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days confirmed on the email.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

- Unwanted items returned after 7 days.

- Items without proof of purchase.

- Items returned used or not in the same condition as originally shipped, including packing.

- Damaged items not notified by email to us (info@ropeye.com) within 2 working days of delivery

- Custom made or sale items.

- Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Any exchange rate fluctuation or transaction bank fee Ropeye is not responsible for won’t be refunded.

- Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

- Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

- Returns sent that arrive with postage or duties/taxes due will be returned to sender.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ropeye.com.

Gifts

If the item (s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send email to: info@ropeye.com and we’ll work together to find the easiest way forward.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
